Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing in SAP.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to maximize procurement value.
- Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements and update confirmations in SAP.
- Monitor and expedite deliveries through proactive supplier communication.
- Register and onboard new suppliers using SAP ARIBA and MDG tools, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Identify, report, and resolve supplier discrepancies related to purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through the NCR portal.
- Review and approve supplier invoices in ReadSoft, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for shipment collection and delivery follow-up.
- Work closely with store teams to reconcile and resolve material discrepancies upon receipt.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to understand and meet project-specific procurement requirements.
