Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
  • Raise purchase orders and track order status
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials as per requirements
  • Maintain vendor database and performance records
  • Coordinate with internal departments for procurement needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages/excess
