Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
- Raise purchase orders and track order status
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per requirements
- Maintain vendor database and performance records
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement needs
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages/excess
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain
- Analytical and cost management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
