Job Description


Role:


Negotiate food prices, place the necessary daily orders, and ensure their prompt delivery.

Issue purchase orders based on approved requests and obtain the necessary authorizations.

Obtain competitive quotes and confirm purchase availability

Provide the financial controller with a monthly summary of purchase reports.

Coordinate regular inventories with store staff and department managers

Coordinate purchases related to investment projects with the group's purchasing department and external suppliers.

Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Conduct regular quality control audits to ensure that staff are performing their tasks in accordance with established procedures.


Qualifications


Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing

Excellent command of written, reading, and spoken English.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
