Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To motivate teams in a way that develops their involvement and commitment to the company, and to engage them in cross-functional collaboration and cooperation.

  • to be the guarantor of the proper application of the Group's purchasing strategies and policy for the Zriba site, in particular for suppliers present on Tunisian territory, of good business practices.
  • Managing a team of 11 people, including 7 direct reports (4 series buyers, 1 indirect purchasing manager, 1 tooling expert, 1 purchasing administration manager).
  • To define the operating methods of the service in relation to the site and Group interfaces.
  • Manage local suppliers in conjunction with the Group's Series and Panel Managers.
  • Manage and be responsible for the QCD performance of site suppliers (monthly or quarterly reviews, WSR, productivity plans, . . .).
  • Contribute to the site's Security, Quality (customer feedback), Time (Service Rate) and Cost objectives (proactive approach).
  • to be the key player in the tooling capacity processes (renewal, refurbishment and transfer)
  • To raise awareness of difficulties or obstacles and to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure the reporting of activity;

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic level : Master's degree (M/F)

  • Speciality : mechanical, electrical, mechanical, electronic or industrial.
  • Required experience : minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Perfect command of the French language.
  • Good command of English (Professional level) is required.
