Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain CRM systems tailored for sales operations

  2. Build modules for lead management, pipeline tracking, and client lifecycle

  3. Design and develop RESTful APIs for CRM and third-party integrations

  4. Integrate CRM with tools like WhatsApp APIs, email systems, and dialers

  5. Automate sales workflows (lead assignment, follow-ups, reminders, reporting)

  6. Work closely with sales and operations teams to understand requirements

  7. Optimize system performance and ensure data security

  8. Maintain databases and ensure smooth data flow across systems

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Strong proficiency in Python

  2. Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI

  3. Hands-on experience building or customizing CRM systems

  4. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations

  5. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

  6. Familiarity with Git version control

  7. Understanding of sales workflows and CRM processes
