Roles & Responsibilities

1. FSMS & Documentation

Maintain and update QA documents (procedures, SOPs, specifications, forms, HACCP documentation).
Ensure proper document control, versioning, and distribution in line with QMS requirements and maintain confidentiality of QA data and records.
Ensure accurate completion and control of GMP/HACCP records, including batch records, CCP monitoring, and food safety documentation.
Prepare reports, COAs, and QA documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Support traceability exercises, mock recalls, and audit readiness.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure availability of documents during audits and inspections.

2. GMP & Hygiene Compliance

Conduct routine GMP inspections covering personnel hygiene, equipment, facilities, and process compliance.
Monitor adherence to hygiene zoning, cleaning practices, and operational discipline.
Conduct inspection of personnel hygiene, equipment hygiene, facility conditions, and locker areas, and recommend corrective actions.
Identify non-conformances, escalate any GMP deviations that may impact product safety or compliance and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

3. Pest Management Program

Coordinate, verify, and ensure effective implementation of the pest management program, including oversight of external contractors.
.Review pest control reports and trend data, conduct facility inspections, and ensure timely closure of all actions with no outstanding high-risk findings
Ensure proper documentation and mapping of pest control systems and immediately escalate any activity posing a food safety risk.
Follow up on pest control service reports and ensure implementation of agreed actions.

5. Training & Culture

Support training on GMP, hygiene, and pest awareness and reinforce food safety culture and compliance behaviors on the shopfloor.
Assist in preparation of training materials and ensure availability of training modules.
Conduct training effectiveness checks and follow-up on gaps.

6. Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Analyze trends (GMP deviations, pest activity, audit findings).
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and contribute to improving systems, procedures, and operational practices
Prepare QA reports, graphs, and summaries for management review.

7. Health, Safety, Environment & General Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, safe working practices, Environmental and Sustainability requirements of the company.
Work cross-functionally with Production, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve processes.
Perform other QA-related tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science and Technology, or related field Must have a theoretical and/or practical experience in Quality Assurance.

Required Professional Skills:
