Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for all Civil works.

· Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance.

· Conduct daily inspections and ensure that all site activities comply with quality standards.

· Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists.

· Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verify corrective/preventive actions.

· Liaise with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and consultants for quality-related matters.

· Monitor material deliveries and ensure compliance with project specifications.

· Conduct pre-handover snagging and prepare final quality documentation.

· Maintain records of inspections, test results, quality reports, and documentation.

· Participate in internal and external audits as required.

· Ensure compliance with HSE procedures related to quality activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior Civil, Construction projects (commercial, residential, retail, etc.).

· In-depth knowledge of QA/QC practices, construction materials, and finishing techniques.

· Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.

· Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and other QA software tools is advantageous.
