Review and ensure that implementation of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test requirement / results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

Prepare quality inspection and issue internal observation, non-conformity to the site Engineers and main contractors whenever there are issues in workmanship, materials and any non-conformity on quality works.

Monitor the auctioning and closing of QA/QC activities related to NCR’s.

Verify all external non-conformances issues by the local authorities to be reported to the QA/QC Manager for proper coordination.

Assure the quality and workmanship of every activity, through knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to all construction trades.

Ensure that the approved of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Project Specifications are implemented at site.

Review and monitor Contractor inspection & test plan.

Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality.

Advises on any requirements and remedial actions to the site engineer for work carried out by contractor / subcontractors / suppliers during site visit observation.

Advise the site engineer for any deviation from specification, defects and quality for his action toward issuing Field Instruction, NCR, Site Observation etc.,

Report to the QA/QC Manager, Area Manager and concern site engineer related to Quality.
