Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a strong>QA/QC Engineer/strong> to support quality assurance and quality control activities for large infrastructure and rail-related projects in Dubai.
The role involves ensuring proper inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination of quality processes across installation and commissioning phases while maintaining compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control QA/QC activities on project sites
Conduct quality inspections and surveillance in accordance with project requirements
Follow up on strong>Inspection Test Requests (ITRs)/strong> as per Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for inspection scheduling
Perform strong>material receiving inspections/strong> and maintain documentation records
Manage site strong>non-conformities/strong> and ensure proper corrective action tracking
Support quality control during installation, testing, and commissioning phases
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of QA/QC activities
Maintain registers for strong>ITPs, ITRs, MRIRs, and material submittals/strong>
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work strong>night shifts when required/strong> for project activities
Strong attention to detail and documentation management
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National (mandatory)
Diploma or technical qualification in strong>Electrical / Electronics Engineering/strong> or related discipline
Minimum strong>3 years of experience/strong> in site inspection or QA/QC activities
Experience in strong>rail, metro, infrastructure, or large construction projects/strong> is an advantage
Good knowledge of strong>MS Office tools/strong>
Good communication and reporting skills in strong>English/strong>
