Quality Assurance (QA)

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) specific to high-rise/commercial tower projects.

• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and material submittals related to high-rise construction.

• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities).

• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure corrective/preventive actions are effectively implemented.

• Establish quality benchmarks for critical activities such as concrete works, façade installation, waterproofing, and MEP integration.
  

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform inspections for high-rise structural works (foundations, raft, columns, core walls, post-tension slabs, etc.).

• Monitor vertical construction activities, including climbing systems, formwork, and core execution.

• Inspect façade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glazing) to ensure compliance with specifications and performance standards.

• Verify installation and testing of MEP systems (HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing) in coordination with MEP teams.

• Ensure all materials used are approved and tested as per project requirements.

• Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation for all tower-related activities.

• Prepare daily/weekly quality reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

• Track inspections, approvals, and testing records for structural and finishing stages.

• Manage snagging and de-snagging processes, especially during tower handover phases.

• Coordinate with third-party testing labs for concrete, steel, façade, and MEP testing.
  

Coordination & Interface

• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities for all quality-related matters.

• Attend coordination and progress meetings focusing on quality and compliance.

• Provide technical guidance to site engineers and supervisors on high-rise construction quality standards.

• Ensure alignment between civil, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid interface issues.
