Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications and approved standards. Conduct inspections and ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings and quality requirements. Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors regarding quality-related matters. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records for high-rise projects. Identify quality issues, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in UAE Building construction projects. Extensive hands-on experience in QA/QC for high-rise buildings. Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, procedures, and international standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills with a professional and confident presence on site.
