Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Senior Director, you will define the strategic direction for all quality activities. Your key duties will include establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to international standards and local regulations. You will lead internal and external audit programs, manage non-conformance and corrective action processes, and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement preventive measures. You will be the primary point of contact for quality matters with clients, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies, and will mentor and develop a high-performing QA/QC team.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CQE, CMQ/OE) are highly preferred. You must have a minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in QA/QC management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a relevant industry. We require an in-depth knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of leading successful audits and quality improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
