Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Aramco Approved is plus.
Conduct thorough inspections of static equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, piping) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, codes, and standards.
Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify defects and ensure structural integrity.
Review and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and welding quality to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
Monitor and control quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, material certificates, and welding records.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality-related matters to project teams and contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience with NDT methods such as UT, RT, and PT, ensuring proficiency in defect detection and assessment.
- Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and report writing.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective identification and resolution of quality issues.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration within project teams.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including heights and confined spaces, for site inspections.
- Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, and EN, ensuring compliance.
