QHSE Engineer

QUALITY:

• Develop, update and enforce quality procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure the monitoring of quality indicators.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY:

• Identify and assess occupational risks
• Implement appropriate preventative measures.
• Raise awareness and train staff on good safety and hygiene practices.
• Managing workplace accidents and associated corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with on-site safety instructions and rules.

ENVIRONMENT:

• Monitor the environmental impacts of the company's activities.
• Propose actions to improve waste management, water consumption, energy consumption, etc.
• Ensure environmental regulatory monitoring.
• To propose continuous improvement plans in the QHSE fields.
• Working in coordination with other departments (Works, equipment, maintenance, HR, etc.)

• Knowledge of industrial risk management and HSE regulations.
• Skills in auditing, analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in office tools and specialized QHSE software.
