Roles & Responsibilities

QHSE Manager
Ensure that certificates are obtained and maintained by the standards adopted by the company.
Ensure compliance with applicable OHS normative and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement the company's QHSE policy.
Ensure the management of incidents and accidents and the follow-up of legal OHS registers.
Ensure the development and control of the application of the procedures of the company's management systems.
Provide training, coaching and awareness of employees to quality, OHS and environmental standards and requirements.
Provide coaching of process drivers on management systems.
Ensure the effective management of the internal audit process.
Ensure the support and follow-up of customer and third party audits and the development of action plans for the removal of discrepancies.
To ensure an active interface between high management and operations.
Represent the company during inspections or inspections by external bodies.
Ensure and participate in the continuous improvement of the company's management systems.

Higher education in QHSE.
Perfect knowledge of the regulations related to quality, hygiene, safety and the environment in companies.
Proficiency in quality standards and certifications.
Desired experience of 5 years in a similar position.
Having carried out or participated in a first implementation of a QMS/certification.
Perfect knowledge of emergency intervention techniques (fire, first aid, etc.)
Excellent editorial skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowing how to work both in a team and in perfect autonomy.
