Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions, ensuring adherence to QHSE standards.
Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across facility and project activities.
Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety inspections.
Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, NCRs and corrective action records.
Perform QC checks to ensure activities meet project specifications and quality standards.
Support internal audits and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures.
Enforce compliance with company HSE policies and local UAE regulations.
Investigate incidents and near misses thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors/Diploma degree in Electrical/Instrumentation.
NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in QHSE roles, demonstrating a proven track record of compliance and safety management.
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector,
