Ensure adherence to Quality System in all departments by conducting daily random checks as assigned and reporting on implementation of activities and usage of forms as per procedures.

Report any practices taking place that are not documented in the work procedures.

Assist the senior Quality staff in verifying corrective action of NCR as well as looking into solutions for persisting problems.

Inspect complete or partial flights, meals, products and processes as and when directed by the senior Quality staff.

Represent the senior Quality staff at any time of the 24-hour day as per the roster approved by the Senior Quality Manager.

Perform other duties associated with the quality function, as assigned.

Report any complaints on his shift to senior Quality staff.

Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
