Task Description:

• Conduct regular quality inspections of food production areas, including kitchens, storage
  
  • Inspect food products to ensure that they meet the required specifications for quality,
    appearance, temperature, and portion sizes.
  • Perform random sampling of food items to assess freshness, flavor, and overall quality.
  • Monitor food safety practices across the production process, ensuring that food handling,
    storage, and preparation comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards
    and local health regulations.
  • Perform daily hygiene inspections of kitchen facilities, equipment, and utensils to ensure
    cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ensure staff adherence to personal hygiene practices, including proper uniform and sanitation
    protocols.
