Quality Control Inspector (QC Inspector) Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical, chemical, and visual inspections on incoming raw materials and packaging components.
• Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure they meet defined specifications.
• Monitor production lines and perform routine sampling during production.
• Record, report, and escalate any non-conformities or deviations found.
• Use calibrated instruments for product measurement .
• Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and storage of inspected goods.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inspection logs.
• Follow GMP and hygiene standards during inspections and product handling.

Quality Assurance (QA Officer) Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (ISO, GMP, Dubai Municipality).
• Ensure SOPs are followed and updated regularly.
• Manage deviation reports, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and risk assessments.
• Support the documentation of batch manufacturing records, quality checklists, and product release processes.
• Coordinate with the production and R&D departments to ensure process validation and compliance.
• Assist in staff training for QA and hygiene practices.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory standards and company internal protocols.
