Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of food processing areas, equipment, and products to ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
  • Perform laboratory analyses, including microbiological testing, to identify and address potential hazards and ensure product safety and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience on Food Safety Management System (HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000/BRCGS, etc.) BRCGS certified food storage and distribution environment
  • Experience on conducting internal/external audits and customer complaints; storage temperatures, hygiene, and pest control.
  • Degree in Chemistry /Microbiology or food related discipline
  • Languages: English and Urdu/Arabic
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, showcasing practical application of quality assurance principles.
