Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Control Agent to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards inside the dark store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products to ensure quality and freshness standards are met.

  • Monitor order accuracy before dispatch.

  • Report quality issues and coordinate with warehouse team.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage conditions.

  • Follow food safety and company quality guidelines.

Working Hours (3 Rotational Shifts):

  • 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

  • 12:00 AM 8:00 AM

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: University degree preferred (Agriculture graduates are highly preferred).

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in quality control or a related field.

Age: Up to 45 years old.

English Level: Intermediate.

Ability to work rotational shifts.

Strong attention to detail.
