Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies and procedures for the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to design and enhance product quality specifications.
• Analyze quality performance using statistical methods and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management teams.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes for compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet predefined quality criteria.
• Facilitate cross-functional team trainings on quality improvement methodologies.
• Coordinate product recalls and investigate root causes of quality failures.
• Stay updated on industry developments and integrate best practices into current processes.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and provide resolutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of a company-wide environment of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control and assurance roles.
• Strong working knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for the role.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and quality management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO certification are highly beneficial.
