Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and implement quality control systems and hospital accreditation standards.

• Monitor compliance with MOH and international healthcare quality guidelines.
• Conduct audits, develop corrective action plans, and ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to maintain patient safety and service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with recent experience in a hospital setting in Oman. Candidates must be currently available in Oman and ready to join immediately.
