Responsible for the research and development laboratory and keep records of processes, standard operating procedures and HACCP plan, while performing regular audits to to secure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to maintain proper hygiene accurate measurement and applications of daily manufacturing tasks of production team.

Performing regular audits and preparing the necessary reports to ensure proper application of the HACCP plan

Ensuring that the personel are adhering to good manufacturing practice

Training the personel on the necessary skills and practices that ensures order and proper hygiene

Communicating with accrediting bodies to perform the yearly audits on the certification

Researching and proposing new developments in manufacturing practices and procedure

Reporting daily to management on progress of research and audits

Filling claims and breach sheets and following up on them with management till the right action is taken
