Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of products during and after the blow molding manufacturing process.
Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to quality control procedures.
Ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Monitor production processes and report any deviations or defects to the QC Supervisor and production team.
Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Support implementation of quality control procedures and improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company quality policies and manufacturing standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in blow molding manufacturing quality inspection.
Good knowledge of product inspection procedures, quality checks, and sampling methods in manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in different shifts as required by production operations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Requirement:
Must be willing to relocate to Pointe-Noire, Congo.
