Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:   

  • Supervise and coordinate all quality control activities on products, raw materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the quality control plan in accordance with standards and customer requirements.
  • Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure the traceability and conformity of products throughout the production process.
  • Train and supervise the quality service team (controllers, technicians, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of quality procedures and standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP according to the sector).
  • Mastery of quality control and analysis tools (5M, AMDEC, Pareto, etc.).
  • Ability to identify the causes of malfunctions and to manage action plans.
  • Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality software.
