Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Quality Coordinator supports the Senior Quality Manager in ensuring that departmental work procedures are aligned with ISO 9001:2000 standards. The role involves standardizing forms, supervising quality documentation, and overseeing the performance of Quality Controllers, Secretaries, and Clerks. The jobholder ensures all quality-related records, manuals, and flowcharts are accurately maintained and controlled to sustain EKFC*s high-quality standards.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and levels of management.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in quality auditing, reporting, and statistical analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:A-Level or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
Certification in Quality Management Systems (preferred).
Work Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within an ISO-regulated environment.
Must have completed all necessary operational and advanced-level training relevant to quality assurance.
