Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Expert to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management (QM) systems and accreditation processes at a local level. The role ensures compliance with global standards while driving efficiency and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and consolidate AQM KPIs and performance data to monitor process efficiency.
Ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Support the process of obtaining and maintaining group certifications and local accreditations.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate/prep for external audits.
Contribute to global management review inputs and reporting.
Support business units in complaint investigations and ensure alignment with global complaint management processes.
Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, complaints, and risk assessments.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Deliver training and awareness programs related to AQM processes and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in Quality Management, Auditing, or Accreditation within certification bodies or related industries.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO standards preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
