Quality Lead Superiority of Modern Services LLC(SOMS)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Systems (QMS) Engineer to lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001-based quality frameworks across engineering and Oil & gas/ Powerplant project-driven environments. The role focuses on ensuring defect-free deliverables, strong process compliance, and alignment of quality outcomes with customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001-aligned QMS across engineering projects

• Lead internal audits, ensure compliance with defined standards, and manage non-conformance reporting

• Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to closure, ensuring sustainable resolution of systemic issues

• Develop and monitor quality KPIs, including defect rates, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics

• Conduct Management Review Meetings to evaluate QMS performance and track action items

• Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA, 8D) and promote preventive quality methodologies

• Ensure quality governance across all project lifecycle phases (initiation to close-out)

• Develop and maintain process documentation, engineering workbooks, and quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align quality practices with customer requirements

• Coach and enable engineering teams on quality best practices and compliance expectations

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement using data-driven decision-making
