Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to ensure consistent application of quality policies and procedures across all production lines.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, non-conformities, and product recalls, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are effectively implemented.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, safety, and compliance, reporting findings to senior management.
  • Ensure all products meet internal and external specifications, including food safety, labeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage documentation and record-keeping for all quality-related activities, including certifications, audits, and training records.
  • Coordinate and facilitate external audits by regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. Potato chips is a must .

  • Proven track record of leading quality assurance teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, food safety standards (such as ISO 22000, HACCP), and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting internal and external audits, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in a full-time, office-based role.
