Develops and implements a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) across the organization, aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, HACCP).

Manages quality assurance processes for all operations, including production, supply chain, and retail environments, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.

Leads efforts to improve product quality, operational processes, and customer satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Oversees audits of quality control measures, including personal hygiene, cleanliness, pest control, sanitation, and overall environmental safety across the factory and retail shops.

Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates quality-related risks, developing corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Tracks audit findings in detailed reports for submission to the CAE, ensuring that corrective actions are requested and implemented to address any non-conformities or areas for improvement identified during audits.

Collaborates with various departments (Production and Operations) to ensure quality standards are integrated into everyday operations and aligned with company goals.

Develops and delivers training programs to raise awareness of quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements across the organization.

Manages and mentors the quality team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance.

Leads the preparation for external audits and certification assessments, ensuring the organization is compliant with industry standards and following up on the audit report to address any findings or recommendations for improvement
