Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost plans, cost strategies, value engineering, life cycle costing, and sustainability costing.
  • Prepare and review cost/budget estimation using respective software.
  • Ensure Compliance with quality management standards and health and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

BSc in Quantity Surveyor / other discipline of engineering.

  • MMUP Licensed (Grade -A).
  • 15 years of relevant experience in contract preparation, Settlements of disputes and providing advice on such issue.
  • Strong background in quantity surveying, construction or engineering.
  • Ability to understand engineering plans and drawing.
  • Candidate must be in Qatar
