Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project plans and specifications, using advanced software tools to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct risk analysis and cost-benefit assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions in a timely manner.
- Manage and analyze contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards to protect client interests.
- Monitor project expenditures and track progress against budget forecasts, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors, leveraging market insights to secure the best value.
- Evaluate and process change orders and claims, ensuring all adjustments are documented and justified.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and submissions, ensuring clarity and competitiveness in proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building regulations, and material innovations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Support project handover by preparing final accounts and ensuring all financial matters are resolved satisfactorily.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in core principles.
UPDA is Mandatory
ATM Approval is MandatoryMinimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in infra or engineering projects, showcasing practical expertise.
Consultancy Experience is Mandatory
Experience in RPD projects , enhancing versatility and understanding of diverse client needs.
Strong analytical skills, enabling precise calculations and data interpretation to support decision-making.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, vital for effective collaboration with clients and contractors.
Fluency in English, with additional languages preferred to facilitate communication in multinational projects.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that all aspects of cost management are meticulously handled.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, illustrating resilience and effective time management.
