Roles & Responsibilities
An exciting secondment opportunity is available for a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile residential and hospitality developments in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and tender documentation
- Conduct cost planning and benchmarking
- Support procurement strategies and contractor selection
- Work closely with design and project teams during early project stages
Requirements:
- Proven pre-contract experience
- Background in residential and/or hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of building construction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
