• Prepare detailed estimates of quantities and costs for steel structure projects.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate project specifications.
• Review and negotiate contracts and subcontracts for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying potential cost-saving measures.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain and update records of work in-progress and completed for accuracy.
• Assist in the procurement of steel materials and liaise with suppliers.
• Analyze project data and prepare detailed progress and financial reports.
• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to on construction sites.
• Advise stakeholders on cost implications and contract terms on projects.
• Support risk management and mitigation strategies during project planning.
• Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate cost efficiency and performance.

• Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with steel structures in construction.
• Proven knowledge of cost estimation tools and software in the industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Technical understanding of structural engineering principles and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
