Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications. Estimate materials, labor, and project costs. Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and tenders. Monitor project progress and control project costs and budgets. Prepare monthly payment certificates and invoices. Check and verify site measurements and work completed. Prepare variation orders and claims if required. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers. Maintain proper documentation and cost reports for projects. Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management. Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract administration. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Skills Required Good knowledge of Excel and construction estimation software. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
