Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for pipeline projects, including materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and value engineering to identify potential cost savings and optimize project efficiency for pipeline construction.
  • Manage and analyze project costs throughout the pipeline construction lifecycle, providing regular cost reports and variance analysis.
  • Evaluate and negotiate variations, change orders, and claims with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure fair and accurate settlements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

  • Holds relevant professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, AIQS), showcasing commitment to industry standards and expertise.

  • Demonstrates 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the pipeline construction industry, displaying a proven track record.

  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of pipeline construction methodologies, materials, and cost drivers, ensuring project success.
