Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential financial pitfalls and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Manage and analyze project cash flow, tracking costs against budgets to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that all financial aspects align with construction timelines and project goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating commitment and expertise in the field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil quantity surveying, showcasing a solid understanding of industry practices.
Experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects is highly desirable, highlighting capability in complex project environments.high rise buildings
