Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the formulation and development of innovative cosmetic products, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
  • Conduct thorough research on raw materials, evaluating their efficacy, safety, and compatibility within cosmetic formulations.
  • Lead and execute laboratory experiments, meticulously documenting procedures, observations, and results to maintain accurate records.
  • Optimize existing product formulations to enhance performance, stability, and sensory attributes, driving continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field, providing a strong foundation in cosmetic formulation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetic R&D, demonstrating hands-on expertise in product development and formulation.
  • Proven experience with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients, including active ingredients, emulsifiers, and preservatives, showcasing formulation versatility.
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetic regulations and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
