Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation of innovative detergent products, ensuring optimal cleaning performance and stability across various applications.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of detergents, including performance evaluation, compatibility studies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in detergent technology, raw materials, and market trends to drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and sales, to translate market needs into product development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong scientific foundation.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as those related to formulation science or chemical safety, demonstrating commitment to professional standards.
  • Demonstrates at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in the detergent industry, showcasing practical expertise and market knowledge.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of surfactant chemistry, formulation principles, and cleaning mechanisms, ensuring a solid technical base.
