Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Admin cum Accounts Coordinator, you ll handle the daily operations that keep our real estate business running smoothly from DLD portal tasks (Trakheesi, Ejari, Oqood) to invoicing, documentation, compliance, and marketing coordination.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage DLD, RERA, and developer documentation (Forms A/B/F/I, SPAs, MOUs, Title Deeds, etc.)
Coordinate property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder
Handle client communication, broker cards, and RERA renewals
Manage VAT invoices, FTA reports, and petty cash
Oversee property management tasks tenant relations, deposits, and inspections
Conduct AML checks and ensure due diligence in all transactions
Support real estate consultants and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate admin experience in Dubaibr>Knowledge of DLD, RERA, and VAT compliance
Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and real estate portals
Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
Bachelor s degree preferred, not mandatory.
