Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and manage documents, filings, and data entry

Schedule appointments, viewings, and meetings

Draft and handle tenancy contracts, smart contracts Form A/B, MOUs

Manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle

Maintain CRM records and track leads/transactions

Assist with Ejari, DLD, and Trakheesi processes

Prepare marketing materials and support office operations

Salary & Benefits: AED 3,000 – 5,000, plus Visa + Medical + Insurance

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: 1–3 years’ real estate admin experience (UAE preferred)

Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and portals Organized, professional, and able to multitask
