Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Admin & Listings Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our real estate operations run smoothly by managing administrative tasks and supporting our listing activities. You will assist with coordinating listings, managing appointments, and maintaining client records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. By leveraging your administrative expertise, you will help optimize the efficiency and success of our real estate operations, providing exceptional service to both our agents and clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all property listing activities from beginning to end.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clients and transactions.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize listing agreements and related documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate showings and open house events for listed properties.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
- Assist with preparation and staging of properties for photography and showings.
- Communicate with clients to retrieve necessary information for listings.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Generate and analyze reports on listing activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop client-centric solutions.
- Assist in handling client inquiries and redirecting them as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in a real estate administrative role.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from management.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
