Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage listing on property portals, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Prepare and process real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures
  • Coordinate with agents and developers on property listings, client requirements and open house schedules
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, client information and company documents
  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients, agents and developers, directing them as necessary
