Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Assist real estate agents with client communications, coordination, and
follow-ups.

Manage property listings, viewing schedules, and day-to-day administrative
tasks.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for projects and leads.

Support CRM management, data updates, and lead tracking.

Assist with basic marketing coordination and campaign support when required.

Ensure smooth workflow and timely communication across internal teams.
Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.

Proficiency in office software and CRM systems is an advantage.
