Role Overview

You ll guide qualified leads through the full investment journey: from first consultation to successful property purchase. The leads are warm people already using our Smart Matching Tool and your job is to turn clarity, expertise, and good communication into closed deals.

What You ll Do

  • Advise clients on off-plan and ready properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Understand their budget, goals, risk profile, and timeline.
  • Present property options backed by real market data (not guesswork).
  • Conduct virtual or in-person viewings.
  • Negotiate with developers and ensure smooth purchasing steps.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy; follow up consistently but professionally.
  • Collaborate with our research and marketing teams to improve client experience.

What We Expect

  • Proven experience as a real-estate broker or property advisor (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • High level of professionalism reliability matters more here than aggressive selling.
  • Ability to organise your own schedule and follow up without being pushed.
  • Fluent French required; English is also necessary for daily communication.br>Arabic is a plus but not required.
  • Valid UAE real-estate licence (or willingness to obtain one).
