Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Actively source and develop a personal pipeline of buyer and seller/landlord leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and social media

  • Maintain and grow a CRM database of prospects and active clients

  • Follow up consistently with leads at all pipeline stages

Client Management

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements, budget, and timelines

  • Present suitable property options and arrange viewings

  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment value

  • Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Deal Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords

  • Prepare and present offers, counter-offers, and closing terms

  • Guide clients through the full transaction lifecycle from offer acceptance to handover

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and DLD requirements

  • Coordinate and manage all required documentation (MOU, SPA, Form A/B/I/U, NOC, etc.)

  • Liaise with developers, conveyancers, mortgage advisors, and other parties as needed

Market Knowledge

  • Stay current on market trends, new project launches, pricing shifts, and competitor activity

  • Develop area expertise and property-type specialization over time

  • Attend developer briefings, project launches, and industry events

Reporting & Self-Management

  • Set and track personal targets for calls, viewings, listings, and closures

  • Report deal pipeline and progress to the broker/director as required

  • Manage own schedule, follow-ups, and client communications professionally


Must be present onsite during work hours

Leads will be provided by the company through Bayut, Dubizzle, Meta Ads, etc...

  1. RERA-certified (or willing to certify before commencing)

  2. Self-motivated with strong closing instincts

  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  4. Honest, professional, and client-first mindset

  5. Comfortable with financial uncertainty and commission-only income
