Roles & Responsibilities

  • Secondary Market Expertise: Conduct property viewings with a focus on highlighting immediate value, ROI, and lifestyle benefits tailored specifically to female investors and end-users.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly manage offers and contracts, securing favorable terms for clients while maintaining strict ethical standards and legal compliance.

  • Strategic Marketing: Market listings across premium channels and social media, utilizing female-centric strategies to capture the attention of high-net-worth individuals.

  • Inventory Ownership: Proactively source and maintain a robust inventory of secondary market properties to ensure a consistent pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Female Only

  • Nationality: Arab, European, or CIS countries.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in the Dubai secondary market (required).

  • Education & Licensing: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
