Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads for property sales and leasing through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and professionally present available properties to potential clients.
Provide clients with accurate information on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
Negotiate property sales and rental agreements to achieve successful transactions.
Maintain and regularly update property listings and client databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.
Ensure all real estate activities comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Age: Maximum 30 years.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (mandatory).
UAE Driving License: Preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
