Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Negotiate offers, contracts, and closing terms
Maintain up-to-date listings and client records
Provide market insights and professional guidance to clients
Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing real estate firm in Dubai. This is a commission-based role offering high earning potential for individuals passionate about property sales, leasing, and client relationship management.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team
